A History Rooted in CX
We started in one of the most challenging operating environments there is: a BPO contact center company called ContactUS Communications. After recognizing gaps in our clients’ toolsets, we mapped out a plan to fill them, resulting in the nascent version of MotionCX, which focused on CRM and case management tools. Our leaders went through large-scale production testing for several name-brand retailers before splitting off from ContactUS and incorporating as MotionCX, Inc. in 2020.
